Earlier this year Connect delivered an enhanced preview capability. This allowed users to view PDF, Image, Audio, Video and importantly MS Office files in the browser, removing the need to download a local copy of the document.  Read more

Glasgow City Council: Leading the way in joint service delivery

When you work in IT like I do, sometimes you can feel that what you ‘do’ does not directly improve a person’s quality of life in the same way as say a doctor, a teacher or a police officer. And while I cannot possibly imply that my work in anyway measures up to any of those roles, every now and then a project comes along where I can see the trickle-down effects benefitting people in the community who need it the most.  Read more
