- 18 May 2018

This month, we're excited to talk about the arrival of our latest feature, Download a a Permission, share some handy tips and tricks and highlight opportunities for collaboration within local government.

Here now - Download as a Permission

Recently we released our latest new feature, Download as a Permission.
It's always a special day in the Connect team when we deliver a feature our customers have been asking for; that we know is going to improve how they securely collaborate with external parties.
In case you missed it - we published a blog that contains additional resources such as downloadable content and a short 10 minute webinar recording that takes you through this new feature. Check it out here

Coming soon - The first Connect User Group

Over in the UK, we are hosting the very first Connect UK User Group on June 6th.
Hosted by visiting Global Product Manager Chris Britton, it will give our UK customer base the opportunity to network, hear how their peers are using Connect and provide input into new product features.
The agenda includes confirmed speakers from Scottish Government, Glasgow City Council and Middlesbrough Council.
I'd love to deliver a Connect User Group in our corner of the world. If this is something you'd be interested in as a presenter or delegate - please let me know!

Handy tips and tricks - don't forget the filter button!

Did you know that you can filter your documents by name, the last time a document was modified or even by size?
Find the documents you need faster by using the filter button. Alternatively, you use the Grid View in Connect that shows thumbnails of the first page of documents for identify documents by sight.
Get access to the documents you need even quicker by using the filter button (or use the grid view to see thumbnails for even more clarity).
Don't forget to bookmark as it's a great one-stop-shop for all your Connect questions and resources.
