Customer Success is at the heart of what we do. We are really excited to welcome the newest member of the Connect family, who is ready to take customer success to the next level. Emily Mulroney, our new Customer Success Manager based in our UK office.
Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, Emily is passionate about enabling successful outcomes and delivering an #outstanding customer experience for our Connect customers. Working in parallel to our APAC Customer Success Director, Rebecca Finbow, Emily will play a pivotal role in supporting our local UK customers and contributing to the global customer advocacy program, which ensures customer centricity is at the core of the Objective Connect growth strategy.

Emily has previously worked in customer success at Stack Overflow, empowering their strategic clients to engage with and hire software developers as part of the company's online developer platform. She also helped pioneer the customer success function within the company, leveraging her passion for helping customers be successful.
